Monday and Wednesday - Oak Ridges Community Centre.  

There are two elements to training in Muay Thai. Physical Preparedness, and Technical Skill Development. The former focuses on building a stronger and healthier body.  The second goal is to add and develop technical skills.

Each of these elements compliment each other and go hand in hand with the overall experience of being a Martial Artist. Being able to defend oneself requires that we have a proficient level of  strength and stamina to deal with the situations. Technical Skill is learning how to defend oneself. 

As your Kru, It is my responsibility to train and build your body thoroughly, and teach you with the highest quality of instruction on technique.

What detracts from achieving these goals is the internal chatter we each have in our minds. So while training only focus on two things:

1. Your Health

2. Your Technique

 Let go of anything else for the time you are here. Be present.
